What or who inspired you to seek a career in television?
"Ever since my junior year of high school, I knew I wanted to be a director. Attending college and participating on my own sets only reinforced that belief and although much of my experience has been in film, television has always fascinated me because of the ability to tell multiple stories within a completely unique world. I found out about the Television Academy Foundation's internship program through a previous intern, Amber Overholt, who had done the sound internship, and my friends and family encouraged me to apply. I was excited to be chosen as the directing intern because this internship program places you on a working set, and lets you learn from people already working professionally in the industry. I'm looking forward to connecting with these professionals and showing them all that I am capable of."
